Acceptance of Orders
Orders are binding upon the factory only after being accepted and confirmed by Groline. Emailed and faxed orders are acceptable. Please call to confirm receipt of P.0. by factory. We are unable to accept verbal purchase orders or verbal changes of any kind.
Returns must have prior factory approval and RMA number or shipment will be refused. Custom imprinted merchandise may not be returned unless shown to be defective or a factory error. In the rare case of factory error, Groline reserves the right to choose whether to remake the merchandise or refund the net price of the defective product. Live Products are non-returnable.
Note: All or any disputes or legal action concerning this agreement shall take place in the exclusive jurisdiction of Williamson County, Texas in either state or the requisite local Federal Court.
All the copy or material submitted by the customer for the use in producing items ordered. whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy of other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any laws, and Groline hereby disclaims any liability for comliance with such laws in the use of the customer's copy or material. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless to any damages, costs and/ or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of the factory's use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement.
Purchase orders are required for all valid orders. Purchase orders can be submitted via Fax or E-mail. No phone orders.
All purchase orders require a valid In Hands date, item quantity, item number, description, any special pricing including use of valid coupons, any applicable upgrade options, a valid billing and ship to address.
Any changes to purchase orders must be in writing and it is your responsibility to confirm the changes have been received.
All PO's must be shipped within 6 months from date of order or it will be cancelled with no refund.
** There are no cancellations on PO's once submitted as these are custom orders.
All orders are prepay orders. Payment is due upon approval of invoice.
There is a 3% credit card processing fee on all orders over $2000.00
*Once invoices have been approved, Groline is not responsible for inaccuracies including but not limited to billing and shipping addresses. Payment or agreement to pay is considered approval of invoice.
Standard production is 7-10 business days from prepayment and artwork approval on most products. Rush services are available upon request at an additional fee.
Please note that live products may have a different production time based on the necessary preparations needed to prepare the product for shipping.
Samples do not require a purchase order. Requests for specialty items may not be possible – please inquire.
Most sample requests received by 2pm Central Standard Time can be shipped the same day with a complete request. Complete requests include written confirmation of the shipping address, method of shipping, a valid shipper number, and any special instructions. Samples will not be sent with a phone request.
Samples for live products ship Mon - Wed and use 2nd Day Air service in order to preserve the freshness and ensure you receive a quality product.
We ship exact quantity as determined by the purchase order. Any changes after production begins may be subject to additional fees. We do not do PMS color matching. We ship as close to what has been approved as possible. Should it occur that we are unable to ship exact quantity or approved product, you will be notified immediately. However, we try to take every possible precaution necessary to avoid this scenario.
Once an order has been paid, no cancellations are accepted due to the nature of our product. There are no refunds at all.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns.
At this time, our imprinting is done with a label. Labels can be completely customized or you can use what we already have in place. Full color imprinting is included. Some products require a hang tag instead of a label.
Second side imprints are available on most products; however, an additional charge applies. Add $69 V and .19V run charge to the order. PMS Match is $40V.
Artwork should be submitted in .eps, .jpg, .psd, or.ai format. Most labels do not allow a bleed. When customizing your label in full, please be aware of the dimensions of the label and design accordingly.

ANY CREDIT YOU MAY HAVE WITH OUR COMPANY IS VALID FOR 6 MONTH'S FROM DATE OF CREDIT.
All orders will ship according to your In Hands date unless other arrangements are made prior to production. Live product is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to ship via 2 or 3 day Day air to preserve freshness. Groline will not be held responsible for plants that have been shipped Ground as we recommend shipping 2 or 3 day only. Live product is only shipped Monday and Tuesdays. Thursday shipping is possible if using overnight services or if ground shipping is 1 day. Freight services can be utilized for larger quantity orders.
Weight and box size may differ at the actual time of shipping. Shipping or freight estimates are available upon request but require a valid shipping address, quantity, item description, and any reasonable special shipping instructions.
Drop ship fees are $6.00 Net/drop using your shipper number. You must have a clear" Ship From" address on the PO, as Groline will not be held responsible for incorrect Ship From Address.
Spit shipments are $12.00 Net
3rd party fee is $15.00 Net
Canada shipping is subject to additional costs depending upon the product, carrier, and shipping method. Puerto Rico shipments are sent via United States Postal Service and usually have a transit time of 5-8 days minimum.
*Incorrect shipping addresses are the responsibility of the distributor and alternate shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the distributor.
** Any products that are left at our warehouse due to customer not having the items shipped on ship date agreed to will incur a $10.00/day warehouse fee for 1-3 months from ship date. Over 3 months, the products become Groline's products with no refunds or credits . *** Groline is NOT responsible for any/all live plants that may have been damaged due to UPS or FEDEX shipping or due to inclement weather and delays caused by weather during transport.
Plants will need to be watered and have sunlight 5-6 days from ship date. We will not be responsible for plants that did not follow these instructions.
